To have an animal is very nice, but it has its consequences.

On one hand:

It does you more happy,

It does you company,

It helps to persons with diseases,

It is very affectionate,

It don't do noise,

It is calm,

On the other hand:

You have to take care of it, to be attentive to the food and the water,

You must to have space in the house for it,

It scratch the furniture,

Unlike the dogs it don't come to you when you are called it,

You have to take it to the veterinarian.

  1. WELL DONE! HERE ARE MY COMMENTS.

To have an animal is very nice, but it has its consequences.
On THE one hand, it (does) MAKES you (more happy) HAPPIER, it (does)KEEPS you company, AND it helps (to) (persons) PEOPLE with diseases. MOREOVER, (It) THEY ARE (is) very affectionate, THEY (It) don't (do)MAKE noise, AND THEY ARE (It is) calm.
On the other hand, you have to take care of it AND(to be attentive to the)GIVE IT food and (the) water. ADDITIONALLY you must (to) have space in the house for it. It CAN scratch the furniture AND unlike (the) dogs (it) CATS don't come to you when THEY (you) are called (it). FINALLY, you have to take it to the veterinarian.

GOOD WORK! REMEMBER, HOWEVER, THAT WHEN YOU WRITE AN ESSAY YOU NEED TO USE COMPLETE SENTENCES RATHER THAN LISTS. IT'S IMPORTANT TO SEPARATE YOUR IDEAS AND USE MORE "LINKING WORDS".
